A week into my weight loss plan to lose 2 stone using intermittent fasting, calorie control and walking to lose weight.

Yay Finally did it that took a whole lot more work than I was expecting doing YouTube Videos and doing my blog as well below is a link to each one let me know what you think.

I have just stepped off the scales, and I am more than happy to say I have lost 5 lbs in a week thats ace I was hoping to lose 2-3 lbs.
I hope it’s not just a quick loss and I am going to struggle for the next few weeks lets see what happens now.

Combination Diet Ups and Downs
After doing the diet for a week now, what have I learnt?.
Stick to my plan and ensure I have enough calories daily.
One day it was under 1,300, and I paid for it during the fasting period.
I haven’t been diagnosed with anything, but I start to feel weak and get the shakes sometimes.
I still didn’t break the fast, just upped the calories once the fasting had stopped.

Alcohol Consumption
Its been one of the hard ones I haven’t had one since I started.
Its the last bank holiday weekend as well and I drink every weekend without fail.
Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night usually.
I have about 10-20 cans over the weekend if not a bottle of spirits I try not to do both as it just gets messy.
Alcohol Goal
I have set myself a goal when I get to 14 stone 10lbs I will then start drinking again, but I am hoping to curb the habit to just social events as its usually just me drinking on my own as my wife doesn’t drink.

The Best Bits
The best thing for me is the weight loss I am more than happy with the way it is going if I manage to keep it up.
In five weeks I will be two stone lighter
But I might hit some hurdles I need to overcome, I don’t think any birthdays or weddings are coming up.
Next Weeks Goal
Just keep going documenting and hopefully losing weight I have got quite a busy week ahead I am hopefully going to do a mid-week blog and one at the end of the weekend with how I am getting on and been eating and doing.
