I’m Jonathon Little a 40-year-old Yorkshire guy who doesn’t believe in all this free world MUMBO JUMBO, rub cream on yourself, shave all you bodily hair off kind of thing.

But miracle morning was recommended to help me on the right path in 2021.

This has now become my new year resolution to become financially free, building my wealth and assets with education into the financial world.

I have failed at various business before, but its time to get back on the wagon and give it another good go. So wish me luck please on this new journey into the unknown, in for penny out for a pound as the old saying goes.

The only advantage for me is that I’m a morning person anyway who generally feels ready for the day ahead.

I have just finished the book the miracle morning, whilst bobbing around in the Irish Sea for two hours in the boat above.

Its my commute to work for the next couple of months.

It’s January the 14th 2021 at 9 am

It’s a cold and miserable today, and guess what? I’m working on top of that thing all day, but as he keeps saying it’s all about achieving those goals and maintaining positive whatever you are doing.

Why should I read miracle morning

You should read miracle morning if you want some focus in your life instead of just sitting in the rat race waiting for it to come to you.

Some people think they are owed the world, and successful people should pay more taxes because they have something they don’t.

Well, put it this way you won’t find Elon Musk, Richard Branson or Alan sugar just hanging around waiting for things to happen they are busy all of the time building there empires and businesses.

If you’re going to sit at home twiddling your thumbs or staring at your device all day and night go ahead, you might as well bang your head against a wall whilst you’re at it

I guess your not that sort of person as you are here trying to educate yourself.

Maybe you feel stuck in a rut, looking for a way out I have and am !!!!

My journey this time around is an education first.

I have never been academic in-fact I have dyslexia and came out of school with one G.C.S.E. above D.

I had only ever read books I was made to read at school, but things have changed now.

It didn’t stop me from creating various businesses with over 130k a year turnover in two years.

I didn’t know to manage them properly, lessons where I learned it took me almost ten years to be brave enough to try again.

I have put a list of books with links at the bottom of the page if you wish to read them yourself I also do a monthly update if you’re interested in seeing what I’m doing to change my life.

I started with Robert Kiyosaki rich dad poor dad during a podcast he recommended this book and a lot of other very successful people do as well, so I thought I had best give it a go.

If you’re feeling stuck, treading water, or losing weight and cannot stick to plan, I’m sure miracle morning can help you achieve those goals.

One of my goals is to update my website weekly with a review or blog maybe two if I have time.

This is my second this week, so something is going right!!!

I am quite lucky compared to others, I have a good job and plenty of spare time 4 hrs a day on a boat. 2 hrs there and two hours back.

I also don’t watch much telly, so I spend another couple of hours in an evening.

So I use all this time to dedicate it to help build my knowledge reading books updating my website and other things.

I use the scribing time in 60 minute miracle morning to plan what I will do the following week and what I would like to achieve today.

What is miracle morning routine?

The miracle morning routine is a six-step process called S.A.V.E.R.S. to help you find your path to success.

Be it writing a book, becoming wealthy, lose weight. It’s a guide to help you succeed on your journey in 60 Mins. Also, a six min program as well.

Below are the tasks you carry out each morning but please don’t just take my word for it as he gives loads of information on how and why you’re doing it.

  • S = Silence (5 Mins)
  • A = Affirmations (5 Mins)
  • V = visualisation (5 Mins)
  • E = Exercise ( 20 Mins )
  • R = Reading ( 20 Mins )
  • S = scribing (writing) ( 5 Mins)

Does miracle morning work

Hal Elrond has hundreds of positive reviews online and in his book which use this process daily, I won’t go listing them all here.

But in answer to the question, does miracle morning work?

Let’s find out below is my first few days carrying out the daily tasks.

Day 1

Started at 5 am as I mentioned but felt a bit pushed on time this morning and had to drink my cuppa Yorkshire tea far too quickly to enjoy.

So tomorrow the alarm is going on for 4:45 am and see how I get on.

4 pm now heading back to shore so updating the post feeling tired so might have a power nap then back to it when I get back to the apartment

Day 2

Second day now Set my alarm at 4:45 am this morning as I felt it was a bit rushed yesterday worked out a lot better.

Was sat on the boat at 7 am buzzing everyone else was either sleeping or saying “God could’ve done with another hour or two in bed.”

I just nodded and agreed to be polite. I felt wide awake and read a book for two hours on the way instead.

I did nap for maybe an hour on the way back it was too rough to be reading or concentrating, so thought why not!!!

It’s 11 pm now just setting myself up for tomorrow morning setting the alarm for 6 am as heading home tomorrow.

Will update after tomorrows session then I’m going to re-read and edit the blog and get it posted.

Day 3

Driving home today and couldn’t decide what time I needed to set my alarm for 5:30 so a bit of sleep in today haha.

Carried out the morning routine, messed it up today for some reason after the exercise part I just got up and went and got in the shower dressed and made a brew then realised I hadn’t finished off the routine.

I’m 11 am now I’m back at home waiting for the wife to get home from work about getting dinner ready she is a veterinary Nurse.

What is the miracle morning 30-day challenge

It’s a daily 60 min psychological plan you implement into your daily routine by getting up one hour earlier than usual you can do it in 6 minutes if you want, but I am committing to the hour-long.

You carry out the miracle morning routine for 30 days, then hopefully carry it into the future to keep you productive and more alert.

The six steps are all positive reinforcement, i.e., routine, exercise and planning to help you take action and start getting things done.

Just ask yourself when people don’t do anything, how are they ever going to get better.

Most successful people use some routine and positive reinforcement to get to where they are today.

Im only my first few days into this now but i can already see the benifits from doing this getting organised and have focus on a goal will always help.
